The client needed continuous visibility into electric power consumption across its production lines, together with a way to flag and correct load imbalances before they turned into billing penalties or equipment strain. The existing setup gave operators no consolidated view of consumption across the plant — figures lived in disconnected panel readouts, checked manually on a rounds basis.
GESPER Technology’s automation team designed a monitoring and correction loop built on the same OPC DA data-acquisition approach used throughout the GESPER product line: metering points across the site feed into a single SCADA layer, which aggregates real-time and historical consumption data into one dashboard.
Operators now see live and historical load per line, with automatic flags when consumption drifts outside its expected band — giving the technical team the lead time to correct load distribution before it becomes a cost or reliability problem.
